Applications are invited for the above post, tenable from 1st August 2007, or as soon as possible thereafter, for an initial fixed period of 5 years. The post is associated with an Associate Fellowship at Christ Church. At the end of the five-year award period, subject to a review of progress, the Fellow will be appointed to a University Lecturership in the Department of Engineering Science. The initial appointment will be at Grade 7 (up to £31840 p.a. normally). The Fellow will undertake research on any topic relevant to marine renewable power generation, e.g. offshore wind power, wave power or tidal/current power.
