Day 4

The fourth day of DOE we will travel to Mystic, CT, a New England village steeped in marine history and tradition. It is the home of Mystic Seaport, the Museum of America and the Sea, as well as many modern institutions of ocean science and exploration. We will be visiting the Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration, founded by Dr. Robert Ballard, discoverer of the wreck of the Titanic.

You will also have free time to wander around the historic seaport and explore on your own.
