Our client is an outstanding manufacturing company located in the South. We are looking for talented Naval Architects with experience designing high performance marine vessels.

Job Function: Naval Architects develop concept designs for high performance marine vessels. As a part of the design process, the Naval Architects will: - Conduct feasibility studies, analyze customer needs, and give recommendations for the best solutions. - Primary design fields include hull forms, arrangements, seakeeping, powering and stability. - Create proposals for R&D projects and in response to customer requests. - May lead research teams when extensive modeling and simulation or verification and validation are required. - Prepare technical reports for research projects conducted independently or as a part of other teams. - Assist in developing appropriate tests that support a structured product validation and verification. - Develop and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements: 2+ Years Experience Must have a degree in Naval Architecture. Must have at least two years (preferably, five or more years) of prior experience using computerized design tools for marine design and analysis (such as AutoCad). Must be able to assist in designing tests for structured product validation and verification. Must be capable of obtaining a SECRET security clearance.
