Our client is $22billion manufacturing company located in the South. We are looking for a sharp, educated electrical engineer -- experience in marine and/or heavy military manufacturing is a plus.

Job Function: Sr. Electrical Engineer develops concept designs for electrical power generation, electromotive and distribution systems for marine vessels and combat vehicles. As a part of the design process, the Sr. Electrical Engineer will: - Conduct feasibility studies, analyze customer needs, and give recommendations for the best solutions. - Create proposals for R&D projects and in response to customer requests. - May lead research teams when extensive modeling and simulation or verification and validation are required. - Prepare technical reports for research projects conducted independently or as a part of other teams. - Develop and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements: Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering. Must have prior experience using computerized design tools (such as AutoCad) to develop top level distribution schematics. Working knowledge of key design parameters that effect automation, data acquisition, and system engineering. Must be capable of obtaining a SECRET security clearance.
